Samford’s experience & qualifications in asset value evaluations in the Rail, civil, and specialized equipment complement the services provided by the Rail Equipment Marketplace portal.

Previously with a top Global rail contractor for 20+ years, he has been directly involved in equipment ownership and operating best practices evaluations throughout his career.  Samford is CAGA certified for value appraisal authority and currently is a member of NRC, AREMA, NAFA, AEMP, among others.
